Session 1: What is Trauma?

Explore what is trauma and its aftermath with personal stories and professionals to enable discussion around dealing with personal, social, economical, and business traumas in the workplace.

Session 2: Self-Acceptance

Engage with two individuals as they get to become comfortable with some parts of their identity.

Session 3: Grounding


Following the lives of individuals who deal with stuttering and enabling discussions around how does that impact their work lives and how can a workplace be a safe space for people who stutter when speaking.

Following the journey of four individuals and their battle against loneliness which enables conversations around finding our own ways out of isolation and loneliness
